UVA to host Maryland in night football game

The University of Virginia’s Oct. 4 football game against Maryland at Scott Stadium will start at 7:00 p.m., the ACC announced today.
The 73rd game between these schools will be carried on ESPNU or ESPN360. A decision will be announced no later than noon Sunday. ESPN360 is ESPN’s video streaming platform.
U.Va. edged Maryland at Byrd Stadium last year but trails 41-29-2 in the series.
