Former Pulaski coach to take over Hidden Valley girls basketball job

A Pulaski County high school coach will take over the Hidden Valley girls basketball job.

The Roanoke County School Board selected Brenda King as the new girls basketball coach at Hidden Valley High School.  She’ll start July 1st.

King led the cougars to two group AA state basketball championships.

She’ll also teach physical education in addition to coaching.

King has a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from UNC-Greensboro, and a Masters degree in athletic administration from Radford University.
