High School Tournament Coverage: Jefferson Forest boys bounce Heritage in Seminole District

Jefferson Forest’s Ted Price scored 14 of his 20 points from the foul line in the Cavaliers’ 47-43 victory over Heritage in the Seminole District boy’s basketball quarterfinal game on Monday.

Price was 14 of 17 from the charity stripe and made seven of his eight free throw attempts in the fourth quarter.

Jefferson Forest hosts the Seminole’s top seed, Brookville, at 6 p.m. in the semifinals Wednesday.

The Pioneers, which had a 3-point lead in the fourth quarter, finish the season at 8-13. Tevan Crews led Heritage with 16 points.
