Thursday High School Basketball tournament changes

The impending winter weather is causing some changes for tonight’s high school basketball tournament games.
Tonight’s River Ridge District girls game between Blacksburg and Christiansburg, has been moved from Hidden Valley High School to Cave Spring High School. Tip-off begins at 5:00 p.m.
The River Ridge District boys game between Pulaski and Salem has been moved up to 5:00 p.m. They will still play at Hidden Valley High School.
The girls Western Valley District championship game between Franklin County and G.W. Danville will begin at 6:30 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. The game will be played at G.W. Danville.
The boys Piedmont District semifinal game between Tunstall and Bassett will begin at 5:00 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m. The game will be played at Bassett.
The girls Pioneer District games at James River High School: Bath Co. vs James River tips off at 4:00 p.m., Highland Co. vs. Parry McCluer tips off at 5:45 p.m.
