Scott Leamon is a reporter for WSLS 10 On Your Side.
He started here in October of 2003, made a trip down to the New River Valley Bureau in 2004, and came back to the Roanoke newsroom in 2006.
Scott is married to wonderful wife Jennifer.
The couple has one child, Jack (whom luckily got the looks of his mother).
In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with valued friends and family, grabbing a chocolate malt at Pop's Ice Cream and Soda Bar, and having dinner at one of Roanoke's fine downtown restaurants.
Scott's assignments take him all throughout Southwest Virginia.
His favorite places include the New River in Radford, the scenic neighborhoods with view of the Peaks of Otter in Forest, and the historic feel of downtown Lexington.
Scott's always willing to look into new story ideas, so if you have one, email him at sleamon@wsls.com.
