Tim joined the WSLS team in December 2011 as a reporter.
After spending four years living in the mountains of Colorado, he's thrilled to be back in his home state of Virginia, living in the mountains here. Before coming to WSLS, he worked as reporter for KKCO 11 News in Grand Junction.
Tim is a proud graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a BA in English and a minor in Media Studies. While he understands and can respect that he's in the heart of Hokie country, don't be surprised to see him bust out the orange and blue when UVA and VT meet on the playing field!
In his spare time Tim enjoys hiking, listening to and playing music, hanging out with friends, and exploring everything Southwest Virginia has to offer. He is a sports junkie and loves cheering his beloved Hoos and Dallas Cowboys.
He loves meeting new people, so if you see him out and about be sure to say hello. He also loves to hear from viewers, so if you have any story ideas or comments, feel free to shoot him an email.
