Salem Red Sox hosting a food drive

The Salem Red Sox are teaming up with UnitedHealthcare to host a food drive.

Starting Friday, July 20th, fans who drop off non-perishable food items before heading to their seats at the Sox home games will get a voucher for a free ticket to any future Sunday-Wednesday game during the 2012 season.

The food drive wraps up on Sunday, July 29th. All of the food donated will benefit Feeding America Southwest Virginia.
