Storm Team 11 Weather: Record Cold to Mild Afternoon

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) -   The Storm Team 11 Forecast:

After smashing the old record this morning, plenty of sunshine will make for a mild finish this afternoon to near 80.  More record cold likely tonight with low 50’s.

Moisture begins to build back into the area on Thursday with a few showers late in the day, becoming more widespread Friday and into the weekend.
