Accused Appomattox County spree killer, Christopher Speight, is scheduled to be court at 2:30 this afternoon.
Officials are calling it a "hearing," declining comment on exactly what might happen.
Speight is accused of killing eight people in January 2010.
He is facing a capital murder charge, meaning if convicted, he could get the death penalty.
