MARTINSVILLE -

A man is dead after a house fire in Martinsville.

Martinsville police tell us it happened Friday night just before 10:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Terry Street. Alvah Roberts Junior died in the fire. The house is considered a total loss. The investigation is still ongoing -- however police say there are no indications of foul play.
