1/4 cup of melted butter (My Essentials)
1/2 cup of hot sauce (My Essential)
5 tablespoons of soy sauce (I use reduced sodium soy sauce) My Essentials)
3 Tbs Stevia granular sugar
2 pounds of thawed chicken wings (you can double or triple the sauce recipe to make more wings)
(2 pounds is approx. 18 chicken wings).
(1) Combine the marinade ingredients. Add wings and store in a Tupperware Stack-cooker in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to 8 hours.
(2) Cook wings in Tupperware Stack - Cooker for 7 mins per pound about 15 minutes for 2 lbs on high (10 % power) or until done.
3) Deep fried texture:
Set your oven on boil (high). Dump the wings and all of the sauce from the Tupperware Stack-Cooker onto a lined cookie sheet.cook on lower rack for 3 - 5 minutes.
Throw the wings onto gas barbecue grill over medium heat. Cook the wings for a few minutes on each side to crisp up the skins.
