ROANOKE -

We have an update for you from Cindy Chaffins, who is spending four months at the Biggest Loser Ranch in California.

Chaffins, who is from Roanoke, said the experience has been a mix of emotions.

"The first week was really tough," said Chaffins. "I made it through and I already feel much better."

In fact, Chaffins said she has already lost more than 10 pounds in just two weeks.

"it's incredible to see the difference your body makes, in not just what you see, but more in what you feel," said Chaffins.

She still has 12 weeks to go, before returning to Roanoke for her big reveal.
