Amherst County deputies arrest gun wielding driver on Route 29

AMHERST COUNTY, VA -
A bizarre situation on Route 29 Monday, caused some scary moments for drivers.
The Amherst County Sheriff's Office says it received calls about a man driving aggressively, and waiving a gun on the Route 29 Bypass in Madison Heights.
When deputies arrived, they found 43-year-old Clarence Anthony Ferrell, of Alton, VA in the suspected car, and arrested him.
Officers charged Ferrell with brandishing a firearm, and having a concealed weapon.
The Tdap vaccine protects against Pertussis or Whooping Cough and anyone who is 19 or older or going through pregnancy needs to have the booster in order to prevent the spread.
