MONTGOMERY COUNTY, VA -
A Radford man will head to prison for selling marijuana in Montgomery County.
According to Montgomery County Commonwealth's Attorney Mary Pettitt, 26-year-old Christopher Keith Charlton was found guilty on Tuesday, of two felony charges of distributing marijuana.
Investigators say Charlton sold marijuana on December 15, 2011 and January 10, 2012 to confidential informants, in the parking lot of the Triangle Market in Christiansburg.
A judge sentenced Charlton to six years in prison. He'll serve three months, then be released on probation.
