
Q: What is the best way to stay motivated with a workout routine?
Dr. Ally Bowersock, Director of Exercise Science at Jefferson College of Health Sciences says, first it is important to find something you like.
She also says, "If you don't have a purpose for what you are doing then why really do it, or why hold yourself accountable? It is hard to get up in the morning to work out or go exercise after work and make yourself do it if you don't have that vision. It is really important to find something that is going to keep you accountable."
She says once you reach that goal, set another one.
