A complication with selecting the jury prevented the civil trial involving the estate of Richard Slone versus Tracey Nininger and Jeffrey Dupree from starting today.
Instead it will start tomorrow.
Slone's sister is suing Nininger and Dupree, as well as a couple of insurance companies, for wrongful death after an accident killed the road construction worker back in 2008.
