BEDFORD COUNTY, VA -

The Bedford County Sheriff's Office says a suspected internet predator from New York state has been arrested by members of the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (SOVA ICAC).

Investigators say Moses Kahn, of Forest hills, New York, engaged in "sexually explicit communications" with a person he thought was an underage girl in Bedford County.

SOVA ICAC investigators worked with members of New York's ICAC to track down Kahn, and arrested him on February 25th.  Kahn faces 13 charges of "Use of a communications system to facilitate certain offenses involving children."

The sheriff's office says Kahn waived an extradition hearing, and is being held on $75,000 bond in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Bedford.
