UPDATED: Bedford County wedding wallet thief suspect named

BEDFORD COUNTY, VA -
Friday, March 8th
The Bedford County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect on Friday, as 43-year-old Michael Wayne Kidd, of Bedford.
Kidd is wanted on warrants for larceny, forgery, and fraud.

Thursday, March 7th
The Bedford County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to track down a suspected wedding wallet thief.
Deputies say on Saturday, February 23rd, someone stole the wallets of two women attending a wedding at the Faith Life Baptist Church in Montvale.
The next day, officers say the person in the surveillance picture with this story, used one of the stolen credit cards from the wallets at a Lynchburg store.
Investigators say the stolen cards have also been used in Bedford County, Campbell County, as well as Lynchburg.

The Roanoke County Police Department is currently investigating a missing juvenile report. Alexandria Renee' Smauldon was last seen at her home in South County on Tuesday, May 21 around noon.
