Food Lion Kitchen: Easy to Make Microwave Brownies

"Microwave Brownies in a Mug:"

1 box My Essential Fudge Brownie Mix

1 bag My Essential Chocolate Chips (add to taste)

Follow box directions:

   1  My Essential Eggs

   1/2 cup My Essential EVOO

   1/4 water

Mix well - batter should be thick but pourable (add 1 - 2 TBS more water if needed). Add desired amount of chocolate chips and fold in gently.

Pour in a Tupperware Lexan Soup Mug 1/2 full and cook around 1 min to 1 1/2 minutes. Start at 1 then add 30 seconds of needed. 

Makes 4 - 6 mugs. 

Optional mugs: microwave safe 12 oz coffee mug or mason jar.
