Food Lion Kitchen: Ahi Tuna Dip

Ahi Tuna Dip with Tortilla Strips

Serves 2-4

 

Ingredients

 

6 ounces sushi grade Ahi tuna

2 Avocados, peeled and chopped

1 Roma tomato, diced small

2 tablespoons yellow onion, diced small

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped

2 small Jalapeno peppers, remove the seeds and dice small

Juice from 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Flour tortillas, cut into strips and fried

 

 

Directions

 

Cut the tuna into cubes and set aside.  In a separate bowl mix together the avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, peppers and lemon juice.  Season with salt and pepper to taste then

add the tuna and mix together, serve with the tortilla strips.
