Students from East Salem Elementary School learn about the brain.
Dr. Sharon Ramey, from the Virginia Tech Carilion Institute, led an interactive session called, 'How Your Brain Works and How You Can Get It to Work Better.'
The students sat on giant rubber balls and wore brain hats. The event is part of VTCRI sponsoring 'Brain Awareness Week.'
