A five run third inning propelled the Red Sox to a win in the opening game of the series with Frederick.

The Liberty University and James Madison University men's basketball teams may want to check if they can ride or fly together to the NCAA Tournament.
Both teams learned Sunday evening, that they'll be headed to play-in games in Dayton, Ohio.
LU gets to tip-off the tournament, facing North Carolina A&T on Tuesday evening. The winner of that game gets to face the #1 overall seed, Louisville (and #1 sees in the Midwest bracket).
JMU will play on Wednesday, taking on LIU-Brooklyn. The winner of that game gets to face the #2 overall seed, Indiana (who's the #1 seed in the East bracket).
The only other Virginia team that made the tournament, VCU, received a #5 seed in the South bracket. The Rams will play Akron in the opening round.
