Cindy Chaffins, of Roanoke, still has some time left at the Biggest Loser Ranch in Malibu, but she is already seeing results.
WSLS talked with Chaffins by phone Tuesday, who says she is already feeling better and breaking personal records almost every day.
"It is incredible," said Chaffins. "It was so exciting to watch the finale of the show last night. It was inspiring. I think we all worked a little harder today than yesterday."
