The Supreme Court will hear arguments in Hollingsworth V. Perry today. It's a case considering the constitutionality of California's gay marriage ban, Proposition 8. It has the potential to be truly monumental, as the court could rule on the fundamental issue of whether same-sex couples have a constitutionally protected right to get married.
Blacksburg Town Council will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. where, among other agenda items, they'll discuss the rezoning application for Old Blacksburg Middle School property.
