Motorcyclist dead colliding with one car, hitting another in Citrus County

CITRUS COUNTY, FL (WFLA) -

A motorcyclist dies from injuries at the scene of a car accident in Citrus County Sunday afternoon.

According to Florida Highway Patrol preliminary report, 96-year-old Leonard J. Decisneros of Lecanto, was going north on State Road 44. He was turning left to Crystal Oak Drive and hit a motorcycle going the opposite direction.

The motorcycle driver Gary Lynn McAllister, 60, and his passenger, Janice Kay Bayha, 65, were ejected from their seats when the motorcycle drove into another car on Crystal Oak Drive.

Paramedics took Bayha to the Ocala Regional Medical Center. Troopers cited Decisneros for improper left turn. Further investigation is underway.
