Posted: Updated:

Job-hunting website Snag-a-Job polled managers to determine the prospects of this summer hiring season. According to the survey results, this summer may be the most promising in years.

Over 1,000 managers said in the survey they plan to hire an average 30 seasonal employees.

Over a third of all polled managers said it would be easier for teen job-hunters to find work this summer. They also emphasized the importance of positive attitude in landing a job.

The summer hiring season starts in April and lasts through May.
