Ft. Bragg provides designated parking for families of fallen soldiers

FORT BRAGG, N.C. -

Fort Bragg has designated parking signs at the Survivor Outreach building for families of fallen soldiers.

The new parking signs are located on the corner of Knox and Macomb streets, North and South Commissaries and Exchanges, Womack Army Medical Center and the Soldier Support Center.

Families must register with Fort Bragg's Survivor Outreach Services at 910-396-0384 and fill out an application which is checked through official military records to determine eligibility. Families have 30 days to retrieve a decal for their vehicle.

"We want our Families to know that we will continue to provide them with ongoing support for as long as they desire. These signs and decals will remind our Families that we do support them, and that we will always recognize their ultimate sacrifice," said Charlotte Watson, Survivor Outreach Services Program manager.
