Food Lion Kitchen: Ahi Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredients:

6oz-  Sliced Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna

8oz-  Cooked Chilled Cappellini

1/4c- Fresh Chopped Scallions

4oz-  Spicy Asian Sauce 

Spicy Asian Sauce:

1c-     Soy Sauce

3/4c   Rice Wine Vinegar

1/3c   Sugar

2tbsp Sesame Oil

2tbsp Water

1-2    Minced Garlic Gloves  

1tsp   Minced Fresh Ginger

Sriracha to taste

 ***Gently toss all ingredients together. Serve with a nice salad or add shredded carrots, slice red onions and bean sprouts to make this a complete meal.
