Blue Ridge Marathon sticker to show support for Boston

ROANOKE, VA -

Organizers for the Blue Ridge Marathon on Wednesday, unveiled what their tribute to the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings will look like.

Runner at the coming Saturday's race will be asked to wear a sticker, that shows a blue and yellow ribbon, with the title "Running for Boston."  The sticker includes the number "26.2" on the blue part of the ribbon.

A marathon is 26.2 miles long.

The Roanoke Regional Partnership e-mailed WSLS a copy of what the ribbon will look like.
