Lynchburg man's death ruled suspicious

LYNCHBURG, VA -

Lynchburg Police say the death of a Hill City man on Monday, has been ruled as suspicious.

According to Capt. Ryan Zuidema, officers found 47-year-old Timothy Vest, of Lynchburg, lying unconscious in the 1300 block of Hendricks Avenue around 5:46 p.m. on April 22nd.

On Tuesday, April 23rd, police say Vest died at Lynchburg General Hospital.
