All five living presidents will come together today for the opening of the George W. Bush Presidential Center. The library and museum is on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Later today, President Barack Obama will travel to Waco, Texas and the campus of Baylor University for a memorial service for victims of last week's fertilizer plant explosion. 14 people were killed and hundreds more were hurt.

Appalachian Power and local economic development officials will announce a new economic development program this morning at 10 at the company's downtown Roanoke office. Ap-Co says the program will help attract investment and create jobs in Western Virginia.

Roanoke City Council will have a public hearing tonight focusing on the proposed fiscal 2013-2014 budget as well as HUD funding. It's tonight at 7:00 in council chambers.

Women in Mining will begin its 2013 meeting today at the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. The Virginia Tech chapter of the organization, which consists of men and women, is one of three student chapters in the U.S. and hosting today's meeting.
