Start-up company Firefli Media already expanding

ROANOKE, VA -

"We are really very excited about the culture we are creating," Firefli Media President, Greg Brock says. "We feel for the right people, it can be an amazing opportunity for something that's really starting to take off."

John Cornthwait and Matthew Sams who both work at the digital media company came from corporate backgrounds.

They now help Brock build websites, increase traffic for companies social media, and design logos.

Both agree,.they can be much more creative and successful in this environment.

"It was odd from having to dress up 5 days a week to being able to wear jeans and a T-shirt every day, but it was really refreshing," Firefli Media, John Cornthwait says.

'We hold each other responsible for getting our work done, but we want each other to have a good life and a full life," Firefli Media, Matthew Sams say.

The off-beat leadership is what these guys attribute to being some of the reason the start-up company is doing so well.

Since Firefli officially moved into it's Grandin Village Space in October 2012, they've gone from having 15 clients to 38.

They plan to hire 4 more people and expand their space by nearly 1,000 square feet.

They've also extended their reach by adding clients in D.C., Aspen, Atlanta, and the U.K.."

These guys hope this is only the beginning of a long road of success.

Brock also recently won 'Advertising Person of the Year' at the 2012 ADDY Awards.
