Henry County Schools to see principal shake-up

HENRY COUNTY, VA -

Four current Henry County Schools principals will have new jobs come the start of the 2013-14 school year.

On Thursday, May 2nd, the Henry County School Board approved the follow transfers:

  1. Dr. Sherri Lewis: Moving from principal at Mount Olivet Elementary, to become principal at Drewry Mason Elementary
  2. Wendy Durham: Moving from principal at Drewry Mason Elementary, to become principal at Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School
  3. Elizabeth Minter: Moving from principal at Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School, to become principal at Mount Olivet Elementary
  4. Garrett Dillard: Moving from principal at Bassett High School, to become Coordinator of Regional Alternative and Student Athletics for the school system

In addition, William Bullins will change from his current job of Director of Elementary Instruction, to become Assistant Superintendent for Operations and Administrative Services for the school system.
