Food Lion Kitchen: Bok Choy Slaw

Bok Choy Slaw - Chef Sandy Krebs and Robert Holland, The Regency Room at Hotel Roanoke

1 bunch Bok Choy
4 carrots
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp sesame oil

Rinse bok choy well. Slice thinly, greens included.  Peel and grate carrots.  Place in a bowl with remaining ingredient.  Toss well and chill.
