Roanoke city auctioned off 25 delinquent tax properties this afternoon.
One of them, a lot and a house, went for around $12,000.
Only two of the properties had a residential house.
Four property owners paid their delinquent taxes, getting square with the city in order to be taken off the auction block.
We're still working with the city to see how much money it collected from the auction.
The city does delinquent property tax auctions twice every year.
