Fleet Feet's No Boundaries group takes running and walking to a new level. Coaches give participants guidance and training advice to achieve race goals.
The group trains for Gallop for the Greenways during Spring sessions.
Fleet Feet Coach, Monica Mannino explains, "They can slowly work up to that goal over twelve weeks. We don't just throw people in and say go and run. We try to help people get there. We have some people who may start with the beginner walk run program and end of up running by the end."
This is the fifth year for No Boundaries. There are one hundred fifteen people signed up this spring. Fleet feet trains for a fall 5k too.
Gallop for the Greenways has raised more than one hundred thousand dollars for greenway construction projects over the last 6 years.
