The Senate Crime and Terrorism subcommittee will hold a hearing on cyber threats this morning. Specialists from the FBI and the private sector are set to testify.

First Lady Michelle Obama will present the 2013 National Medal for Museum and Library Service to ten distinguished institutions today. The winners have made a difference for individuals, families and communities across the country.

VDOT will hold a public hearing tonight to give results of an environmental study for the replacement and relocation of the existing at-grade intersection of route 460 Bypass and Southgate Drive. The open house is from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.
