This post-workout smoothie is the best thing to have after a great workout. 

1 banana
1 1/4 cup of strawberries
5-10 whole almonds
2 tablespoons of water
1 cup of ice cubes
3 tablespoons of protein powder

Mix thoroughly and Enjoy! Very simple and cost effective!
