It was a day for many in the Roanoke Valley to support research for premature babies and their mothers.
About 94 vendors were on hand at the event that included plenty of crafts and food.
Around 2,000 people attended.
Proceeds from the annual March of Dimes flea market go towards the cause.
"The funds that are raised for the Blue Ridge division of March of Dimes, it's extremely important for the prematurity campaign" said Gerald Holmes, the event organizer.
Last year they raised about $20,000.
