We expect to learn more today about last month's fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas. Fire Marshals and the ATF will announce preliminary results of the investigation later today.

This morning in Richmond, Liberty University is challenging the Affordable Care Act arguing the statute would violate its religious liberty. The hearing starts at 9.

The Campbell County Sheriff's Office annual Memorial Wreath Laying Ceremony is this morning at 11 at the Memorial Garden in front of the Sheriff's Office. It's held in remembrance of Deputy Jason Saunders and all fallen law enforcement officers, as part of national Law Enforcement Memorial Week.

Water releases from Appalachian Power's Claytor Hydroelectric Plant on the New River could fluctuate today beginning at noon. That's if the company needs to adjust flows for the New River Kayaking Event at McCoy Falls through Sunday.

Governor Bob McDonnell will offer the graduation address at the Virginia Military Institute this morning at 11. McDonnell served 21 years in the U.S. Army on active duty and in the Reserves.

The City of Roanoke's Career, Lifestyle, and Financial Fitness Fair is today from 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Roanoke Civic Center Special Events Hall.

The City will also launch a new program this afternoon at 1:00. Parks and Arts will bring performing and visual arts to neighborhoods via city parks. There will be a news conference at Jackson Park.
