An upset in the lightweight division of the 17th annual CHIP "Tug for Tots!"
The team from the Western Virginia Regional Jail defeated the eight time defending champion Roanoke City Sheriff's Office.
A total of 19 teams participated in this year's event, raising more than $21,000.
The event has now raised nearly $385,000 since its debut back in 1996.
CHIP, which stands for the Child Health Investment Partnership of the Roanoke Valley, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
AllState #1 won the heavyweight division.
"CHIP R US" won the featherweight division.
