DURHAM, N.C. -

Police say two children were dropped off unharmed after the car they were in was stolen Friday afternoon.

A suspect stole a blue Chevrolet Impala from the parking lot of the In & Out Food Mart at 911 Fayetteville Street in Durham around 2:25 p.m.

But police say the car wasn't the only thing stolen -- two children were in the car.

The suspect then dropped the children off in a front of a business on East Pettigrew Street before leaving the care in the 3700 block of Angier Avenue.

The children were unharmed and police say the suspect is not in custody at this time.
