BEDFORD COUNTY, VA -

June 13th

The Bedford County Sheriff's Office is searching for a possible witness to the robbery.

The person was seen driving a mid-1990's dark colored Chevrolet pick-up truck, with a standard cab.  The truck has large distinguishing 4x4 decals, and a red stripe on the side.

Anyone with information of the identity of the witness is asked to contact Inv. Scott Arney at the 540-586-7827.

June 11th

Bedford County Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Quik-E Food Mart in Forest Monday night.

 According to police, a man walked into the store, threatened the clerk, and demanded money.

The man got some money and then left on foot heading towards Graves Mill Road.

Police are asking anyone with information to please give them a call.
