CARY, N.C. -

Cary police are searching for two suspects after a man was robbed at gunpoint outside a Wells Fargo on Walnut Street at approximately 10 p.m. Monday.

According to the police, a man who worked at a store at the nearby Crossroads Plaza shopping center was at the bank to make a night deposit when two men approached, one with a gun.

The victim dropped the money when approached and the two men took the money and fled. The victim wasn't injured in the incident.

Raleigh police sent a K-9 unit to help set up a track, but the track stopped through the woods on the other side of the road at Ivy Lane. Authorities believe a getaway car may have been waiting for the suspects.

Both suspects are still on the run and one may be armed with a gun. They were last seen wearing dark clothing, a hoodie and masks.
