Fruit Smoothies, Amy Carter at Sarah's Place

Blueberry Smoothie
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup ice, if using fresh blueberries
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon honey, if desired.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Mango Pineapple Smoothie
2 mangoes
1/2 pineapple
1 banana
1/2 lime
6 tbs Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
lime zest for decoration

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

*On both smoothies you may add a scoop of protein powder to make it a meal replacement. I do recommend no flavored protein powder.
