Court records show Roanoke police caught a man with nearly 60 pounds of marijuana.

On-line court records show Anthony Preston Jr. has been charged with dealing marijuana.

The Roanoke city sheriff's office said he has been released on bail.

A search warrant on file in Roanoke Circuit Court for Preston's southwest city home claims police found 59.5 pounds of marijuana and $15,534 cash.

The search warrant also read that Preston had an elaborate video surveillance system set up to watch the outside of his home.

Roanoke police declined comment, saying it's an on-going investigation.
