Rain forces delay in Salem Fair setup

The rain we've been seeing on and off throughout the day has forced workers to take a break from setting up fair rides at the Salem Civic Center.

While the wet weather is a good chance for the ride inspector to get an accurate look at how the rain is affecting some of the rides, he has also been forced to take some breaks throughout the day.
