Fun Fest is underway in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Beautiful weather drew big crowds to Mardis Gras celebrations and the Fun Fest Parade, an event that had as many people in the parades as were watching the parade from along the route.

At 6:30 p.m., the Fun Fest parade will roll down Center Street, turn onto Sullivan Street, continue to  Church Circle and end at Sullivan and Clinchfield Streets.

Later next week, Fun Fest concerts will be held at J. Fred Stadium.
