"The Dragon" reduced to one lane

Beginning Thursday, July 18, 2013, US 129 (State Route 115) at Log Mile 9.5 will be reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal as crews begin this rock slide slope stabilization project. 

The temporary signal will be installed on Monday, July 15, 2013 and remain on flash until becoming operational on Thursday.  This project is located in a section of US 129 known as "The Dragon".

Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and use extreme caution in this area.  This project is estimated to be complete on or before August 31, 2013.
