FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Cumberland County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested a Fayetteville man on numerous sex charges involving two under-aged girls.

Luis Francisco Colon, 25, of Henriette Drive was taken into custody today at his home.  He is being held on a $760,000 secured bond in the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Colon is charged with three counts of statutory rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and one count of disseminating obscene materials to a minor.

Authorities said Colon's victims were a 13- and 15-year old girl who say their sexual relationship with him began earlier this year.  Authorities believe Colon engaged in inappropriate behavior with his victims at his home.

Colon is expected to make a first appearance to face these charges in the Detention Center courtroom on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
